The service

eGenerateAI generates content from the descriptions you provide. Output is produced by machine learning models and is not reviewed by a person before you receive it.

Your content

You own what you generate. You are responsible for checking it before you rely on it, publish it, or send it to anyone — particularly for legal, financial, and medical material, where a qualified professional should review it first.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate material that is unlawful, that impersonates a real person or organisation, that infringes someone's rights, or that is intended to deceive. Accounts doing so are suspended.

Plans and credits

Credits are consumed by successful generations. A generation that fails is not charged, and anything charged against a generation that later fails is refunded automatically. Plan allowances reset at the start of each billing period.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes are announced in the product before they take effect.
